Exact Terms / Privacy
PrivacyExact Terms is designed to avoid collecting sensitive input text by default.
The term finder runs in your browser. Your search text is used on the page to find matching vocabulary and is not stored by this site.
Analytics
When analytics is enabled, Exact Terms should track product events such as domain selected, term added, keywords copied, handoff copied, no-results states, and navigation from guide pages into the term finder. These events should use privacy-safe metadata such as query length, word count, selected domain, selected term names, and destination path. Raw inputs and full search text should not be sent by default.
Clipboard
Copy buttons only write the generated keywords or handoff text to your clipboard after you click them.
Contact
The missing-term field saves notes locally in your browser first. If you submit feedback, Exact Terms sends the text you entered, the current page, selected topic, visible suggestions, and optional email address to a private feedback inbox. Feedback text is only sent after you click a feedback submit button.
